At Champny's Fireworks, we stand by the quality of our displays; however, due to the hazardous nature of pyrotechnics, we only accept returns on unused, non-damaged items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, any firework that has been fused, dampened, or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned.
Verification of Condition
Inspect your items to ensure they are in their original, sealed packaging and have not been exposed to moisture or heat.
Contact Customer Support
Email our safety team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Specialized Packaging
Place the fireworks back into the original UN-rated shipping box with all safety padding to comply with hazardous materials transport regulations.
Authorized Drop-off
Drop off your package at an authorized hazardous materials carrier location or bring it to our retail storefront for a full refund processing.
